Year Two

In Year Two, the Entry-Year Principals and Experienced Principals come together in their learning of the following:

  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    Culture for Using Data, Assessment and Conditions for Use, Analysis for Instruction, Connections to School Improvement
  • Continuous Instructional Improvement
    Team Effort, Measurable Goals, Performance Data and Results, Improvement Planning, Connections to Action Research and No Child Left Behind.
  • Responsive Instructional Leadership
    Theory of Improvement and Instructional Design, Connections to Internal Accountability, Expanding Capacity, Connections to School Culture
  • Leadership for School Improvement
    Ongoing Support and Technical Assistance, Coordinating Resources, Evaluation Data-Driven Systems, Re-thinking and Implementing the School/Continuous Improvement Plan
